Cancellation Policy

At Deepandakash, we value our customers and aim to provide the best services possible. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order or service. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Orders or services can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking without any cancellation fee.
• If cancellation is requested after 24 hours but before service initiation, a 10% cancellation charge may apply.
• Once the service has been initiated or order dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation by Company

Deepandakash reserves the right to cancel any order or service due to unforeseen circumstances, unavailability of products/services, or technical issues. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds for cancelled orders/services (if eligible) will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
• The refund will be credited back using the same payment method used during the transaction.
