1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges
